Entrepreneur. Speaker. Business Coach. American Ninja Warrior.

I’ve learned that obstacles aren’t roadblocks, they’re opportunities to learn and grow.

Whether I’ve been building businesses, competing on American Ninja Warrior, speaking on stage, or navigating life’s unexpected challenges, one lesson has remained constant: success isn’t about avoiding obstacles, it’s about having the courage to keep moving forward. I’ve learned that success isn’t linear and you won’t find it looking at someone else’s life.

Where It All Began

I grew up in New York in a large Italian family where gymnastics quickly became my world. Training nearly 30 hours a week taught me discipline, resilience, and hard work from an early age.

When I was 12, my father unexpectedly passed away in a private plane crash. He was a businessman, Sensei, pilot, and one of the biggest influences in my life. He showed me that life is meant to be lived with passion and purpose, and losing him taught me that tomorrow isn’t promised and your business can die with you if it isn’t scaled properly. If you’re going to build something, build something you truly love that can outlive you.

For years, I walked away from gymnastics because it reminded me of him. But while I was in college, one cartwheel changed everything. I trained my way back to Level 10 and earned a spot on the Rutgers Division I gymnastics team—a reminder that nothing is impossible with enough hard work, diligence, faith in God…and not listening to other’s doubtful opinions.

Building Businesses

Before graduating college, I started my first business with only determination, flyers, and business cards. Soon after, I founded Jumptwist Music, combining my passion for dance, gymnastics and creativity into a business that has now served athletes around the world for more than 15 years.

As my companies grew, I invested in a business coach—one of the best decisions I ever made. The guidance and systems I learned transformed my businesses, and over time, friends, family, and fellow entrepreneurs began asking for my help. What started as informal mentoring naturally evolved into coaching and consulting business owners on leadership, operations, systems, and growth.

Finding Ninja

American Ninja Warrior introduced me to an incredible community and a new passion. After traveling the country in an RV to train and visit ninja gyms, I realized Palm Beach County didn’t have a dedicated ninja training facility. So I built one.

Jumptwist Ninja was created to be more than a gym. It’s a place where children and families build confidence, overcome obstacles, and become part of a positive community. Every system was designed with scalability in mind, eventually leading to the launch of the Jumptwist Ninja franchise.

Beyond Business

Along the way, I’ve competed on four seasons of American Ninja Warrior, spoken to audiences across the country, traveled the world, married my husband, UFC fighter Jared “Flash” Gordon, and become a proud mom to our daughter.

Life has also brought injuries, business setbacks, an RV crash, launching a gym just before the pandemic, and seasons that deeply tested my faith and resilience. Those experiences didn’t define me—they refined me.

Why I Do What I Do

Today, I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs build stronger businesses, inspiring audiences to overcome obstacles, and showing people that extraordinary things are possible when you’re willing to keep learning, adapting, and moving forward.

Whether through coaching, speaking, or sharing my journey, my mission is simple:

To help people build with purpose, lead with courage, and believe in what’s possible.

Thank you for being here. I hope my story encourages you to keep building yours.
